• Upholds the strictest standards of kashrus opinions
• Meat establishments must have a full time mashgiach during cooking
• Dairly establishments must be pas Israel on baked goods
• All vegetables are checked for bugs
• Mashgiachs are provided for you
• We work closely with the chefs at the local hotels
• A kosher kitchen is available near the strip, or use yours
